Surge Accounts is a service of Fightlore Limited (company number 15185924), registered in England and Wales.
The waiting list
- Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- Founding prices shown on this page are what we plan to offer waiting-list members at launch. We'll confirm them before you pay anything.
- Launch dates are our plan, not a promise.
The deadline calculator
The calculator gives the usual deadlines for a private limited company based on the year end you enter. It's a guide only. Your actual deadlines can differ (for example, for a first year, or if you've changed your year end). Always check your company's page on Companies House.
What Surge Accounts will and won't do
- Surge prepares accounts and tax returns for you, as director, to check and approve. You stay responsible for what your company files.
- Surge doesn't give tax or legal advice. If your situation is complex, we'll tell you and suggest you speak to an accountant.
- Surge is not affiliated with Companies House or HM Revenue & Customs.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting other people's details or trying to break it. The content of this site belongs to Fightlore Limited.
